Do you have a question?
Q: Can I try the water before I buy it?
Yes, we offer a 10 day water trial where you collect the water at least every second day for 10 days. There is no charge for the water but we do charge a once off fee of €10 to buy a 5 litre Kangen Water®️ PBA free plastic bag
Q: Can I see a unit working?
Yes we have units set up and working in the store
Q: How will I know how to set it up when it arrives?
It is a simple process but we will either fit the unit for you or help you to set it up over a video call
Q: Can I get the unit plumbed in with a separate tap?
Yes you can but that is an additional cost. We do not do this directly but we can put you in touch with an engineer who fits units for us. You will deal directly with him.
Q: How long is it guaranteed for?
The units are guaranteed parts & labour for 5 years
Q: How long will they last?
They will last 20 year + if properly maintained
Q: Will I need to buy any additional supplies for the machine?
You will need to buy citric acid for cleaning your machine, a saline solution to make the strong acidic water and a replacement filter every 6,000 litres of use (approximately annually for an average family) at an approximate cost of €150 per year.
Q: How often do I need to clean my machine?
You will need to clean your machine once per month or if your water is very hard once every two weeks is recommended to keep your machine in good working order.
Q: How do you clean the machine?
It varies slightly depending on the unit you have but it is not difficult. We will show you how to do it the first time and here to offer assistance at any time.
